Baling press for leaner processes
Strautmann Umwelttechnik will be presenting its disposal solutions for various recyclable materials at Logimat. These include its semi-automatic baling press for cardboard packaging. According to the manufacturer, this product is designed to ensure leaner processes. The manufacturer reports annual time savings of up to 4,000 hours.
Unlike conventional balers, the Auto Load Baler is equipped with a collection trolley system. The collection trolleys are positioned directly at the accumulation point. Accumulating outer packaging is simply thrown into the collection trolley. When the collection trolley is full, it is quickly and easily pushed into the Auto Load Baler. Once the collection trolley has been inserted in a short time, the filled collection trolley empties itself. The employee can get straight back to work and does not have to manually throw each box into the baler. The Auto Load Baler compresses the cardboard into 450 kg bales that can be directly marketed. sw
