Strautmann Umwelttechnik presents a new machine for waste disposal - the all-rounder Jumbo Load Baler. It compacts cardboard, paper, octabins, film, PET bottles and beverage cans with a throughput of up to 800 kilograms per hour.
The manufacturer claims an increase in productivity of up to 400 percent in the disposal area. A striking feature is the large feed opening, which allows manual or automatic filling without pre-shredding. The machine requires a footprint of 7 to 11 square meters.
The swing arm conveys the material to the rotor, which automatically fills the bale chamber and compacts it with 600 kilonewtons of pressing force into a 450 kilogram bale, which is then manually tied. Various filling options such as a lifting and tipping device, conveyor belt, forklift or wall connection enable integration into existing processes.
