At the center: the AutoLoadBaler
The semi-automatic baler impressed visitors to the trade fair. The unique collection trolley system with automatic filling saves up to 4,000 hours of disposal time. Manually tearing and throwing cardboard into the baler is laborious and dangerous. Strautmann's closed disposal system is safe and easy to operate.
The collection trolley filled with cardboard is pushed into the side of the machine in a matter of seconds. The movable base of the collection trolley moves upwards via a scissor lift table. As soon as the cardboard reaches the rotor shafts, the pressing chamber is evenly filled with cardboard. With a pressing force of 53 kN, the cardboard is compacted into a 400 kg bale. The directly marketable bale can be sold at a high price.
