Modular with vertical conveyor and safety technology

HaRo Anlagen- und Fördertechnik will be presenting a modular conveyor system with vertical conveyor, safety package and frequency-controlled drive technology at LogiMat. The focus will be on a live demonstration with two circuits that reliably supply boxes and pallets.

Vertical conveyors are used for changing levels, a 90° turning station with tangential drive, corner transfer by chain conveyor, transfer unit, motorized empty pallet magazine and roller conveyors for longitudinal transport. All components are controlled by frequency-controlled MoviMot drives, which enables smooth acceleration, braking, protection of the conveyed goods and reduced wear. An extended safety package with redundant fall protection, slack chain monitoring, active position control and integrated height control ensures precise positioning, trouble-free transfer and high system availability.
