The industrial Pushpull product range covers the entire spectrum of transmission, from data and signals to power. At the same time, the series is flexible and suitable for the requirements of an Industry 4.0 environment. The connectors are suitable for a wide range of applications. For example, industrial manufacturing processes are increasingly dependent on modular and flexible solutions, particularly in the areas of cabling and connection technology, and production downtimes due to conversion and maintenance work can ultimately result in considerable costs. If production also has to be retooled or even relocated, industrial processes based on the Pushpull system can be disconnected very quickly and reconnected according to the new conditions.

In addition to a facelift, this second generation of Pushpull V4 offers further advantages, such as a new housing material. It protects against extremely aggressive chemicals. These can include cutting oils that are used for lathes or milling machines.

The new version with the Plug-in Connection Lock also offers greater safety.This is an additional anti-twist device that secures the pushpull locking element after insertion.This improves process reliability.The new pushpull connector now has just one cable clamp instead of the previous three and can be used for larger cable diameters of 4.5 to ten millimetres.This helps to prevent leaks or cases of insufficient strain relief.

The series has two different color markings. The first color coding allows for easy mating as it provides a quick indication of the correct alignment between plug and socket. The second color coding helps to ensure correct assignment. This is particularly important when several pushpull connections are installed next to each other in an application. This prevents incorrect cabling and saves time during installation.
