Inkjet digital printing

Digital blister printing

With the Digiline, Atlantic Zeiser has a solution in its portfolio that uses low-maintenance inkjet digital printing with high-performance UV inks, in contrast to the flexographic printing technology frequently used in the blister sector to date, which saves set-up time.

In blister printing, batch sizes are getting smaller and smaller and UV flexographic printing is becoming less economical. Digital solutions such as the Digiliner Blister help to drastically reduce expensive set-up times. © Atlantic Zeiser

With the Digiline Blister, a new PDF is simply loaded for a new print job. Users can also save on recurring costs, for example for printing mats or the previously used UV-C lamps with a limited service life. The printing system is equipped for a native PDF resolution of 600 dpi. In addition, the amount of ink applied can be adapted to the requirements of the film. The Digiline Blister is also compatible with Medtracker, the company's serialization solution.
