With the OEM syringe pump, Spetec presents a pump that enables highly precise dosing of liquids in the micro or nanoliter range. The pump is adapted to the application and is suitable for installation in devices to which liquids have to be fed. This is either for analysis, filling or as a reagent.

OEM syringe pump

The stepper motor is connected directly to the drive spindle, i.e. without transmission, which reduces the mechanical play to a minimum. As a result, there is a direct relationship between impulse generation and delivery of the liquid. The specified value corresponds exactly to the absolute quantity to be pumped.

The high resolution of 25,600 steps per revolution and the barely perceptible individual steps in the movement sequence characterize the syringe pump from Spetec. Depending on the size and diameter of the syringe used, the delivery range is from 0.5 nl to 44 ml per minute. cs
