Leak detection in a vacuum

Helium leak detector for research and industry

With the enhanced Phoenix series, Leybold promises greater ease of use, response times, helium sensitivity and reliability.

In addition, the stationary and mobile models are easier to handle and maintain than their predecessors. For example, it is now possible to change the filter without removing the housing. The number of interfaces for data acquisition, communication and system integration has also been increased. Additional communication and bus interfaces are now integrated directly on the leak detector, but also on new, optional interface modules, so that, for example, the measured values can be easily exported for the creation of test reports. The detector can be operated via a color touch display, but also wirelessly via the integrated web server with any Internet-enabled mobile device. The design of the color display allows users to navigate intuitively through the menu.

The leak detector should be flexible to use and have a large measuring range.

The helium leak detector for a wide range of applications is available in the Vario, Quadro and Magno model classes, which are designed for various customer applications with their different pumping speed configurations. sw
