Compressed air filter

Higher separation efficiency at lower differential pressure

According to the manufacturer, the Clearpoint 3eco filter from Beko achieves 10 times higher oil aerosol separation performance. This is a performance at a differential pressure reduced by up to 50 percent in a wet-saturated state.

The combination of material and manufacturing technology enables a lower differential pressure.

The new Clearpoint filters carry the eco label due to their significantly increased energy efficiency. The manufacturer uses a differentiated material and manufacturing technology. The new manufacturing process uses softpleat technology to combine a large filter surface area with a high filter bed depth. An open plastic support fleece (mesh) on the outside of the filter element ensures the necessary stability of the filter layers without reducing the filter surface area. With this technology, three instead of the previous five filter grades now achieve the filtration performance. The aim is to achieve a higher separation efficiency at the lowest differential pressure. With the new filter elements, the compressed air is also filtered at a fluctuating volume flow of between 30 and 130 percent of the nominal value. sw
