Clean cell, clean air
Spetec has expanded its range of cleanrooms to include a total of three different cleanroom concepts. This makes it possible to realize all requirements from low-cost to high-quality cleanrooms in accordance with GMP guidelines for the pharmaceutical industry.
The cleanroom cell consists of anodized aluminium profiles and can be installed in any laboratory, production room/hall or office without the need for any structural measures. A complete cleanroom workstation can also be installed in the cleanroom cell. Thanks to the profile technology, the size can be freely selected between three and around 350 square meters. The cell itself is framed by an odourless strip curtain or side elements made of laminated glass or aluminum composite panels, creating a self-contained unit. Other equipment options such as electric sliding doors, material or personnel airlocks with interlocking if required are also possible. The effective cleanroom area can be variably determined by combining individual laminar flow modules of different sizes. This means that even production lines or conveyor belts can be integrated into the cleanroom cell.
H14 filters are used for the clean room cell. These have a separation efficiency of 99.995 percent. This means that the filter filters out at least 99.995% of all particles with a particle size of 0.12 micrometers (according to MPPS). With a particle size of 0.3 micrometers, the filtration efficiency is around 99.9995 percent. This laminar air flow under the flow modules means that there is no exchange with impure air from outside. as
