The TV 95-SL trovalizing and mass finishing machine from Assfalg is about the same size as a waxing machine and has a trough capacity of 95 liters. The mixing ratio of abrasive media to workpieces ranges from 7:1 to 3:1, with the workpieces lying individually with the abrasive media mass in the trough and being brought into an uncontrolled relative movement to the abrasives/compounds/additives by vibration/circulation movements. The mass finishing machine is optionally available with a separator and paper filter or water treatment system (centrifuge).
