According to the manufacturer, the Mikron Mill P 500 U from GF Machining enables continuous machining of complex shapes and hard materials. Thanks to its temperature stability, reliable precision is ensured even with long machining times.
Thanks to its integrated automation, it is also highly competitive and thus ensures the process stability that is urgently required in the production of precision parts - such as for the aerospace industry, in mechanical engineering and in the manufacture of mold tools for the automotive industry. Even when working at high speeds and over long production cycles, precision and process reliability remain unchanged. Users therefore benefit from consistent accuracy. Thanks to the 1.7 g acceleration, the 36 kW Step-Tec spindle and the rotary swivel table for capacities of up to 600 kg and workpiece diameters of up to 707 mm, manufacturers experience consistently dynamic machining and 100% flexibility in parts production.
