Fritz Studer, expert in the market for universal, external, internal cylindrical and non-circular grinding, will be presenting a new automation solution on the S31 universal external cylindrical grinding machine at EMO 2023 in Hanover. Visitors can also look forward to other machines on site: the Favorit - the price hit for the most important applications; the S33 with Uniload - the affordable machine for individual requirements; the S100 - the ergonomic machine for the entry-level segment and the S131R with Robo-Load - the expert for every conceivable internal grinding task.

Customer-oriented revolution in precision cylindrical grinding machines

With the first presentation of C.O.R.E. at EMO 2021 in Milan, the United Grinding Group triggered a revolution in the field of machine tools. The advanced hardware and software architecture on which C.O.R.E. is based enables a new type of machine interaction concept. However, C.O.R.E. is far more than just a revolutionary operating system. Rather, it opens up new possibilities for networking, controlling and monitoring the production process and thus for process optimization. It also lays the foundation for the operation of modern IoT applications, opening the door to the digital future.
