From grinding wheels to welding protection

Whether grinding, welding or bonding: At Euroblech, 3M will be showcasing its product portfolio for all aspects of sheet metal processing. The 60th anniversary of the Scotch-Brite brand will also be the focus of the trade fair appearance.

For 60 years, the Scotch-Brite brand of non-woven products has impressed with its efficiency, long service life and consistently good work results. To this day, Scotch-Brite, whether as a hand pad, abrasive disc or abrasive belt, is the first choice for a wide range of applications. Not least because the products have been continuously developed and improved over the decades. Just in time for the anniversary, a new application guide summarizes products, areas of application and practical tips in a user-oriented way.

Visitors to the 3M stand will also have the opportunity to find out more about the technology and portfolio of Cubitron II products as well as the new roughing and cut-off wheels in the "Flex Grind" and "Silver" product groups. The products can also be tested in a grinding box and on a belt grinder.

Safety for welders
The 3M occupational safety division will be presenting its products and services for safe welding workplaces at Euroblech. One of the product highlights is the 9100 MP-Lite automatic welding mask. It is 20 percent lighter than the 9100 MP helmet and still offers protection for the head, eyes and face as well as respiratory protection. Thanks to Natural Color technology, the Speedglas 9002NC automatic welding mask shows natural colors and stronger contrasts during welding. Visitors to the stand will also be able to find out about the care and maintenance service for 3M Speedglas welding equipment and 3M respiratory protection equipment.
