The Epic Power M23 D6 connector housing is available individually or with the matching insert. It is particularly powerful (up to 26 A) despite its space-saving size, making it suitable for very small devices. The metal housing is made of sturdy die-cast zinc. The housing can be used with inserts for both socket and pin contacts. Typical areas of application are electric motors and servo drives that are used in environments where electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is required.

Faster with a twist

The Epic Power M23 D6 Twist is the perfect solution when speed is of the essence. Thanks to the twist mechanism, locking with the counterpart is even faster. Locking takes place after just a quarter turn and can be used with matching twist counterparts from the Epic Power M23 series.

The third new M23 circular connector housing from Lapp is the Epic Power M23 F6 Twist. This is also available individually or with an insert, as well as with an insert for female and male contacts. Like the other two housings, the F6 Twist coupling plug for use with D6 cable connectors is powerful up to 26 A and suitable for assembly with servo cables. The Twist quick-locking system enables simple connection to the mating part.

Inserts with PE crimp contact

In addition, there are the high-performance M23 circular connector inserts Epic Power M23 Inserts for individual assembly with female or male contacts and with PE crimp contacts to produce an Epic Power M23 circular connector. The M23 circular connector insert is available with different pole patterns for up to 7 working contacts and one PE contact. As an assembled M23 circular connector, it is suitable for applications with high voltages and currents, for example for servo drives. The inserts for socket contacts and inserts for pin contacts fit equally well in D6 and F6 housings and can be interchanged as required.
