ULT and IVH reorganize their cooperation

ULT and IVH Absaugtechnik have strategically realigned their cooperation in order to better exploit their respective strengths on the market.

Until now, IVH has been the exclusive sales partner for extraction systems and filter technology from ULT in southern Germany. From now on, customers and interested parties can also contact the manufacturer of ventilation systems directly.

ULT will continue to expand its user-oriented solutions business with its new in-house sales concept, guaranteeing the greatest possible customer proximity. "Saxony's Entrepreneur of the Year 2016", which recently opened new production and office space, offers the complete product range from standard solutions to customized extraction systems. In addition, the "Assembly" and "Service" divisions have been strengthened in order to be able to offer customers complete turnkey solutions from a single source.

Alexander Jakschik, Chief Sales and Finance Officer at ULT, explains: "After many years of successful joint growth, it was now time for a strategic realignment. This will enable both companies to deliver greater customer benefits in their respective areas.

Both companies will continue to work together as partners in the future and complement each other's solutions for air pollution control in the manufacturing industry as required.
