Extraction systems and filter systems
High growth at Kemper
While Kemper GmbH achieved solid growth of five percent on the German market last year, revenue rose by almost 14 percent overall. The manufacturer of extraction units and filter systems generated around 60 percent of its total turnover abroad.
Key focus foreign markets such as Poland and the Czech Republic were the growth drivers. However, Kemper also closed the past financial year with high growth rates in Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK and France. With an increase of 24 percent compared to the previous year, sales of series extraction units boosted the increase in turnover.
With MaxiFil alone, the extraction unit with the largest filter surface available on the market in this quality segment, the manufacturer generated a good 50 percent more revenue than in 2016.
"We are optimistic about 2018. As things stand, we will expand our business overall at a comparable level of growth," says Managing Director Björn Kemper. The company is gradually digitalizing its product portfolio. As early as 2018, the company plans to launch three new products on the market that are Industry 4.0-compatible and can communicate digitally with other systems. kp
