The Sonic motors are compact, very reliable and run quietly. They are available in different sizes from 14 to 32 millimeters in diameter.

Visually, the drives hardly differ from normal rotary motors. Thanks to the design without springs and mechanical commutation wear, they offer a very long service life. The vibrations are transmitted via short movements of around 30 to 40 degrees. As a rule, the frequency is 90 to 350 Hertz. The optimum frequency depends on the mass to be moved and the moment of inertia.

The controls can be optimized according to customer requirements: Test runs with the mass to be moved and the component geometry allow the optimum frequency to be adjusted so that the desired feel and the expected motion sequences are achieved. In addition, the motor shafts can be designed specifically according to the application. dsc
