Special solutions to complement the standard range
Special solutions are also in demand for clutches. In addition to its portfolio of standard solutions, R+W also offers custom-made products that are individually manufactured according to customer requirements.
With its large product portfolio, R+W already offers the right coupling solution for many applications in various designs and options as standard. But that's not all. No matter which industry you look at, individuality is increasingly in demand these days. The development of individual special solutions is now part of the daily business of the coupling experts. The more specifically the couplings are adapted to the respective requirements, the better they contribute to safe and efficient processes in practice. Ultimately, it is all about optimum design, lasting reliability, precise transmission and/or torque limitation.
At R+W, the couplings are individually designed according to customer requirements. They are available either balanced, static or dynamic, with flange mounting, keyway connection or conical clamping hub, or welded if they are to be designed for significantly higher torques. A combination of two existing standard products often results in an individual special solution.
