Pipe cutting system for diameters up to 254 mm
The TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber tube cutting system from Trumpf can process tubes with a diameter of up to 254 mm and a material thickness of up to 10 mm.
Bevel cuts of up to 45° are also possible. According to the company, the solid-state laser and the RapidCut function ensure high cutting speeds. The TruDisk 4001 disk laser has an output of 4 kW. According to the company, the beam guard has been designed so that the operator has unrestricted access to the loading and unloading side of the machine. In conjunction with the LoadMaster Tube, the tube cutting system works fully automatically. The tube magazine of the loading unit holds up to 4 tons of raw material.
