The pipe cutting system is an important production aid in the family company's diverse activities. The industrial construction company based north of Venice specializes in carpentry work, welding groups, pipe work and the maintenance and installation of plant and machinery. Carbon steel, stainless steel and plastics are processed and products for maritime and petrochemical plants, oil and gas or water treatment plants are manufactured.

In the search for a tube cutting solution, the choice fell once again on technology from MicroStep. The Italian metalworking company has been using a plasma cutting system including a bevel rotator for cutting pipes and profiles for more than ten years. After positive experiences over the years, the company once again opted for MicroStep and the precise and reliable production options of the ProfileCut series. Thanks to the plasma rotator, the new investment enables the flexible processing of different geometries (tubes, hollow profiles) up to 6 m in length. The integrated tube cutting device automatically rotates the workpieces into the correct position.
