The team that organizes the trade fairs will continue to be responsible for the expansion and further development of the successful trade fair concept under the Easyfairs umbrella. Following the acquisition of the FMB supplier trade fairs in February, this is the second acquisition in Germany this year.

In addition, we share a very similar trade fair format, because the all-inclusive stand packages guarantee our customers a professional trade fair presence with minimal effort," says Roland Brand, Managing Director of Easyfairs DACH.

On December 5, 2019, trade fair organizer Easyfairs took over all shares and employees of Untitled Exhibitions. This means that the regional trade fairs for industrial automation, All About Automation, will become part of the Easyfairs DACH portfolio. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Untitled Exhibitions launched the trade fairs in 2014 and turned them into a successful model. With regional trade fairs on the topic of industrial automation, a concept was developed that closes a gap in the existing trade fair landscape. In 2019, the trade fairs in Hamburg, Essen, Leipzig and Friedrichshafen together attracted over 600 exhibitors.

Tanja Waglöhner will remain Managing Director of Untitled Exhibitions under the Easyfairs umbrella. She and the entire organizing team will remain on board and will drive forward the expansion and further development of the trade fairs under the responsibility of Roland Brand. The founders and previous managing directors of Untitled Exhibitions welcome the takeover by Easyfairs, as Tanja Waglöhner confirms: "Together with a strong and innovative partner like Easyfairs, the regional all-about automation trade fairs can be optimally expanded and positioned on the market. It was important for us to find a partner who knows what is important for regional, technology-oriented trade fairs and understands what we do differently and why.
