All About Automation Hamburg
Automation trade fair switches to date in May 2021
Due to the current pandemic situation, All About Automation in Hamburg, which was planned for January 20 and 21, 2021, has been postponed. The new date is May 5 and 6, 2021.
For this event, All About Automation is moving from its previous venue in Hamburg-Schnelsen to the halls of Hamburg Messe + Congress in the city center.
Tanja Waglöhner, Managing Director of the organizer Untitled Exhibitions, says: "The current coronavirus situation and the current restrictions make it virtually impossible to reliably plan an in-person trade fair for January 2021. We have a lot of support from exhibitors for a trade fair in Hamburg later in the year."
Exhibitors and visitors long for face-to-face trade fairs. With two trade fairs in September 2020, the All About Automation format, which is geared towards regional visitors, has shown that trade fairs can be held safely and successfully with the appropriate hygiene concept, even under coronavirus protection conditions.
Waglöhner's outlook is optimistic: "Visitors will return to face-to-face trade fairs as soon as they are able to do so again. Hygiene concepts can be implemented excellently, especially at comparatively small trade fairs such as All About Automation. In addition to the 100 or so exhibitors so far, there will certainly be a few more for the May event in Hamburg. The halls we are using for the first time at the Hamburg Messe are more spacious than the previous ones. A comprehensive hygiene concept with AHA rules can be optimally implemented."
The hygiene concept "The Safest Place To Meet" applies to all All-About-Automation trade fairs. Its implementation in accordance with the regulations is also audited by the independent certification company SGS during the trade fair.
