Ergonomic fastening system

Screws with short pulses

The ergonomic fastening system (ETS) from Ingersoll Rand tightens the fastening material using short pulses, which reduces the operator's workload and allows them to retain control of the tool.

The ergonomically improved algorithm for motor control minimizes the average force perceived by the operator and protects against injuries. The ETS is available for the QX Series cordless screwdrivers in pistol and angle versions with a torque of 1.6 to 80 Newton meters. Manufacturers of automotive, agricultural, heavy-duty and general industrial vehicles use the Ingersoll Rand series for precise torque control. Thanks to the new ETS tools, the kickback force is reduced and a torque counterholder can be dispensed with. The ETS tools can also be used in hard-to-reach places and are suitable for one-handed operation where maximum flexibility is required. as
