Process automation
Motek shows solutions for Smart Factory
The factory should become a smart factory - but how? At Motek 2019, trade visitors will see that users already have usable and therefore future-proof solutions at their disposal.
Motek covers the entire world of rapidly changing process automation. Trade fair visitors can get a comprehensive picture of the latest products and systems for industrial production and assembly automation. Especially when the buzzwords digitalization and networking are generating uncertainty in many places. In any case, they mean a huge upheaval for everyday industrial life, and so the Stuttgart process chain trade fair offers all designers, users and production managers who are looking for practical solutions for modern industrial production and assembly.
Integration: Nothing stands alone anymore
Trade fair organizer P.E. Schall has designed Motek to be application- and practice-oriented. Trade visitors can work their way successively through the topic of production and assembly automation from material receipt through all process steps including quality assurance, labeling, packaging, order picking and intralogistics - or devote themselves directly to a specific topic. The trade fair structure is consistently geared towards everyday production and is designed to ensure quick orientation and short distances.
Assembly systems, handling technology, robots, joining and screwdriving technology, material flow and conveyor systems, measuring and testing technology, as well as drives, control systems, sensors and software will be on show. At Motek, designers and users will find basic systems, details and components as well as cross-divisional solutions, networked and interlinked systems including software and industrial communication. But no product or system stands alone anymore - it's all about comprehensive integration! Motek 2019 aims to show that this is not just a buzzword, but a usable reality.
Production: Digital, networked and consistently mapped
Trade visitors are interested in the manufacturing process as an overall system as part of the ongoing, end-to-end digitalization of automation. They are looking for turnkey, integrated system solutions for modern production and will find answers at Motek 2019 to all the current questions that concern them on the way to the smart factory.
"For us at Motek, digitalization is not a marketing tool, but content," states Bettina Schall, Managing Director of P.E. Schall. "Networking, big data, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things are on everyone's lips and have already arrived in many companies, but trade visitors from industrial production still have unanswered questions about them."
Trade fair duo: Motek and Bondexpo
Bondexpo - International Trade Fair for Adhesive Bonding Technology - is now taking place alongside Motek for the 13th time. Both trade fairs together are a reflection of dynamically changing industrial manufacturing practices. The trade fair team expects around 1,000 exhibitors on 63,000 square meters of hall space. as
