Process three materials at the same time
With the 3DM-AMS 800, 3D-Mectronic is presenting an additive manufacturing system. This is a 3-component system that can process plastics, metals and ceramics simultaneously.
The 3DM-AMS 800 is characterized by its flexibility. It can be adapted to user requirements such as installation space size, wavelengths, post-processing and much more.
The features of the AM system include an installation space of 800 mm × 800 mm × 500 mm and a fiber laser with a wavelength of 450 to 1,070 nm. A plate tower, powder feed, stripping and sieving station, stress-relief annealing, part post-treatment and reproducible surface blasting treatment are integrated.
