Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SLM resigns
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the SLM Solutions Group, Dr. Michael Mertin, informed the Supervisory Board today that he is resigning from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and from his Supervisory Board mandate with effect from the end of today due to differences of opinion regarding the strategic direction of the company.
The Supervisory Board of SLM Solutions has agreed to this and elected the previous Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Thomas Schweppe, as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from September 6, 2019.
The Supervisory Board also elected Magnus René as the new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
