This provides system operators and AGV original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with a safe and convenient solution that does not require physical connections. The Nexsys Air wireless charger features non-contact charging pads that eliminate the need for physical charging ports and associated maintenance.

Space-saving charging solution

The charger can charge conventional lead-acid, TPPL and lithium-ion batteries and is suitable for a range of AGVs, charging plans and asset locations, bringing greater flexibility and reliability to automated operations. The charger is the latest solution in Enersys' range of maintenance-free drive products and is designed to help users increase AGV uptime and productivity.

The wireless chargers take up little space and can be placed in different locations throughout the facility, providing additional flexibility in the layout design. Each device is equipped with intuitive touchscreen operation and safety features such as foreign object and live object detection to protect employees and equipment.
