Rollers

Industrial robots

The K900 industrial robot cleans floors autonomously, without preparation time or programming effort - even where it is dangerous or even impossible for humans to do so. Lubricant-free linear guides, shafts, plain and flange bearings from Igus also play a decisive role in this.

Shock absorber

No damage on axis 7

The seventh axis not only makes robots in many production plants more agile, but also increases their reach. To prevent accidents from ruining this increase in productivity, Expert-Tünkers has been working with ACE shock absorber components for years to protect the end positions.

Decentralized drives

When the spark ignites

The surface of car body parts in automotive engineering must be perfect. The basis for this are high-precision textured rollers that prepare the sheet metal parts for processing. Texturing machines process the rollers with high precision using electric arcs.

All about wheels and castors

Blickle is adding a new model to its ErgoMove family of electric drive systems. To date, these have simplified the movement of loads weighing up to 2,000 kilograms and include the ErgoMove 1000, 2000 and 2000T systems.

Material transportation

Internally driven

Blickle's highlights at Logimat include the electric drive systems from the Ergomove series. They make internal material handling easier: if the force required to move a trolley weighing one tonne with rollers with standard polyurethane treads is still over 130 newtons, the use of an Ergomove reduces the force required by almost one hundred percent.
