The new pallet rollers with sprocket or double sprocket offer a load capacity of up to 550 kg and are available in lengths of up to 900 mm with a roller diameter of 80 mm. The 89 mm variants enable tube lengths of up to 1,300 millimetres with the same load capacity. The new pallet rollers are extremely robust thanks to their all-steel design and optional galvanization. As the roller base is welded, there is no weld seam on the outside and therefore a clean, smooth finish. The new XPS series offers protection against dust, dirt and other environmental influences thanks to multi-lip labyrinth seals. The 20 mm axle has an internal thread for mounting and reinforcing the conveyor system. A wrench flat can be milled into the end of the shaft as a counter option for tightening screws if required.

The pallet rollers have 5/8-inch single sprockets or double sprockets and either 15 or 18 teeth. The drive design is available in two variants: the single sprocket, which is used for tangential drives, and the double sprocket, which is the more common variant in practice due to easier assembly and maintenance. Both variants are designed with 5/8-inch sprockets with 15 or 18 teeth. The XPS series is primarily used as a conveyor system in the logistics sector of the manufacturing industry and in logistics hubs. These can be warehouses, feeding to storage areas, loading and unloading trucks, turning stations for pallets, goods receiving and all other transport routes for pallets.
