This allows material provision and production processes to be optimized. As a raised end piece on profile tubes, the new end cap secures materials during transportation and prevents them from slipping. The new cross connectors enable stable connections of intersecting profiles. They are available in two versions, one with any desired angle and the other with an angle of 90°.

The D30 H43 end caps from the Lean Production modular system turn pipes into hooks. The pre-assembled sheet metal claw enables a twist-proof connection between the end caps and the D30 pipes or D30 profile pipes. The components are assembled at the end by simply screwing them together. Cable harnesses and other components can thus be stored securely. They are protected from damage by the thick-walled design and the rounded edges of the end caps and do not slip off the conduits even during transportation. If the claw is removed, the end cap can be screwed into the profile tube D30 heavy or profile 6 D30 with an M6 thread. The end cap is also available in the D30 H43 ESD version for ESD protection of transport trolleys and shelves.

The D30-70 rotatable item cross connectors create a stable connection between intersecting profile tubes. The angles can be adjusted as required and can also be changed at a later date. This means that inclinations within a frame can be changed in no time at all. With an installation dimension of 70 mm, the very compact cross connector is adapted to components with tooth geometry. In addition to the variably adjustable cross connectors D30-70, a variant with a fixed angle of 90° is also available, the cross connector D30-60. This allows a cross connection to be realized in a grid dimension.

Other new additions to the Lean Production modular system are the D30 e ESD labeling profiles and D30 0-20° e ESD labeling profiles, which can be attached to the profile tube at various angles. The display supports H57 31.2x1.5-93 ESD and display support profiles H57 31.2x1.5 ESD, in conjunction with the labeling support clips D30 T2, ensure secure attachment of displays for digital price labeling. With the new roller conveyor support 30-50, roller conveyors are fixed to cross tubes and thus stabilized. This prevents lateral displacement. The new D16-33 ESD ball caster insert ensures low-friction movement of transported goods. The bearing block 8 80x80-50 with the rotation damper sets 8Nm 4kt10 dampens rotational movements and thus prevents uncontrolled acceleration of assemblies in lean production. The Assembly Tool D30/D5.2-30 is perfect for building conveyor sections with item conveyor rollers. It covers the axis of the bearing flange so that it can be mounted without being damaged.
