Isolate and dampen vibrations
With the three new wire rope and compact spring product families, ACE is expanding its portfolio for damping and isolating oscillations and shocks as well as for decoupling vibrations with solutions that can be used even in the most adverse environments.
All new product types are resistant to heat, cold, acids, seawater and UV radiation. At the same time, they offer permanently high vibration, shock and shock-absorbing properties. Made entirely from resistant aluminum alloys and, on request, also from stainless steel, they have a long service life. The elements from ACE are maintenance-free, specially shaped and have very good damping due to the friction between the individual wires. The springs have a low natural frequency and cover a load range from 300 g to 2,000 kg. This makes them ideal for mounting delicate hard disks and measuring equipment as well as containers and heavy machinery.
