Is the success of a measure in the eye of the beholder? That would mean that success would depend on individual assessments or personal sensitivities. This is certainly the case in many companies, but it is not expedient. The Proxis Measures Manager eliminates individual imponderables from production and is designed to guarantee a reliable digital CIP.
Proxia 's Measure Manager is a software tool that enables a company to implement a digital continuous improvement process (CIP) for its production. A measure is stored in the system as a digital image. All facts that describe the measure are summarized in one system. These include, for example Implementation periods, contact persons, dates for resubmissions, description of the measure or accompanying documents. In a continuous improvement process, it is often difficult to evaluate the measures implemented quickly and in a targeted manner. This is where the Controlling Cockpit of the Measures Manager comes in. It makes it possible to examine implemented measures for specific target achievements or changes in status.
Define and monitor goals
In practical application, for example, the change in machine downtimes caused by material shortages can be evaluated by a measure such as "introduction of software for forklift control". At the same time, the person responsible for the measure can check the impact on order throughput time. As measures implemented in the past must also be checked from time to time to ensure that they have achieved their objectives (safeguarding the measures), it is important that an evaluation can be carried out quickly, simply and easily. This is because the number of controlling activities increases with every measure implemented.
Typical target groups for the action manager are lean officers, Six Sigma officers or CIP managers.
