In Hanover, PTC presented solutions that enable manufacturing companies to develop, manufacture and maintain their products in a new way.
As Microsoft's top partner and Manufacturing Partner of the Year, PTC was invited to present its solutions at the Microsoft stand in Hall 17. Experts from PTC were also available for individual discussions.
A demonstration showed how Vestas has implemented an immersive, end-to-end digital thread with solutions from PTC. The wind turbine supplier links product data across the entire value chain and connects design, manufacturing and service. Such a digital thread enables customers to develop, build and maintain highly configurable products more efficiently and sustainably and to increase customer satisfaction.
PTC's Digital Thread software portfolio seamlessly integrates CAD, PLM, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), SLM (Service Lifecycle Management), AR and IIoT. The software is available in the cloud on Microsoft Azure and enables an agile approach to the development, production and servicing of physical products and accelerates innovation.
