The cross-industry and cross-manufacturer MTP standard supports companies in orchestrating their data from different disciplines without further programming effort. With Zenon 11, MTP is natively integrated on the zenon POL (Process Orchestration Layer). This enables modular solutions in the sense of "Plug & Produce". Copa-Data demonstrates the possible applications of Zenon POL for controlling and orchestrating individual modules in the process industry. The modularization of production is a decisive step for the flexible design of plants.

With modular production, complex processes can be divided into many small sections and standardized. Logically interconnected, the individual modules can be combined again and again in new and interdisciplinary ways.
