Under the motto "Fast Forward Digital Transformation", the company will be demonstrating how customers can quickly integrate and benefit from digital technologies along the entire value chain. At the center of the presentation is a racing simulator that is networked with Contact's Elements integration platform. The scenario is a fictitious motorsport team that illustrates how the integration of IoT, PLM and MES leads to greater efficiency and speed in industrial development and manufacturing processes.

The platform collects and analyzes all telemetry data from the car and shows which vehicle components offer potential for optimization. Based on these findings, the ideal purchased part is identified. Both performance data and sustainability aspects such as the provision of sustainability certificates play a role here. Once the right component has been found, it is tested in the vehicle's digital twin to save time and resources. This year, the interactive scenario extends all the way to the store floor. At the OWL joint stand D27 in hall 7, interested visitors can find out how they can reduce downtimes in production, optimize maintenance processes and achieve high delivery reliability with Contact solutions.
