Module for optimizing CAD tool data
Coscom will be represented in hall 6, stand A24 (joint stand "AI + Digitalization") and at Spatial's stand C37. Coscom ToolDirector VM is a modular software solution that provides comprehensive support for tool management.
In the first step, the CAD data and the company's own tool designs for CNC machines are transformed to create the digital twin. Data from numerous systems is supported. ToolDirector VM provides all the data for machine simulation and collision control in the digital twin application.
One challenge for digital twin applications to date has been the enormous volume of data. The targeted reduction of certain subtleties leads to data minimization. This is where the new TCI Data Preparation module comes in, which Coscom has developed together with Spatial.
