Screwdriving technology for integrated process reliability

Stahlwille and Brütsch/Rüegger Tools offer intelligent networking of torque tools with mobile or stationary end devices based on the digital IIoT platform Jellix.

Stahlwille and Brütsch/Rüegger Tools use the IIoT platform Jellix to network torque tools with mobile or stationary end devices. This ensures complete documentation of screwdriving cases and increases process reliability.

The focus is on connecting the Manoskop 766 electromechanical torque wrench from Stahlwille to Jellix via a new app. This is an open and completely digital IIoT platform. With the new solution, the measured values of individual screwdriving processes are automatically assigned to the screwdriving objects in real time. All data required for process-reliable documentation is read out automatically. Faulty screw connections can be quickly detected and corrected. At the same time, the hardware and mobile application are very easy to operate.
