High-performance blind riveting tool range

KVT-Fastening presents four new blind riveting tools from the ProSet XT series. The hydropneumatic models are characterized by a high force-to-weight ratio, simple operation and optimized ergonomics. The lightweight XT1 blind riveting tool is ideal for production line environments. With the XT2, breakstem rivets in particular can be set powerfully. The ProSet XT3 offers a high degree of flexibility: it processes mandrel breakstem rivets, lockbolts and sealing plugs in various sizes and, thanks to its large stroke of 26 mm, allows longer rivets such as monobolts and interlocks to be set in a single operation.

At 23 kN, the XT4 offers the highest pulling force in its class. Despite a high-strength piston rod and hydraulic damping, it weighs just under 2 kg. It can be used to process Avdelok, Maxlok and Avtainer lockbolts, among others. All devices are characterized by the patented Quick-Disconnect functionality for quick separation of the nose piece and clamping jaw housing as well as a transparent mandrel collector bottle with quick-release fastener.
