With the new Scotch 8899HP fixing tape, the multi-technology group 3M offers an even more reliable solution. The strapping tape is easy to use and can be removed cleanly and without leaving any residue. In addition, its technology offers further decisive advantages.
Thanks to its specially developed, pressure-sensitive rubber-resin adhesive, the fixing tape adheres evenly to a wide variety of surfaces. Its polypropylene-based carrier material provides the necessary durability and at the same time offers protection against wear, tear and moisture. The strapping tape impresses with its high tensile and shear strength, low elongation and optimum peel strength. As a result, the tape does not slip or creep. This leads to less freedom of movement of the individual elements and can reduce damaged areas. It is easy for users to apply and easy for end users to remove.
The 8899HP adhesive fixing tape is ideal for use in a wide range of industries - from the electronics and household appliance industry to automotive and metalworking. It not only secures information sheets, drawers, windows or doors. It also bundles lighter metal coils, semi-finished products and cable bundles. Whether two- or three-dimensional, it offers excellent performance on most common surfaces: painted metals, PVC, powder-coated paints, plastics, glass and stainless steel. It is available in blue and white and in a variety of widths.
