Scaglia Indeva will be presenting innovative ergonomic products for intralogistics at LogiMat. The focus in 2023 will be on the mobile solution Liftronic Mobile and the flexible racking solution Indeva Lean System. All the products on show ensure better ergonomics, smoother workflows and protection of employees from overload.

The Liftronic Mobile is the first completely mobile and battery-operated manipulator. It is particularly flexible in production and logistics as it is independent of the mains. Mounted safely and easily on a standard electric pallet truck, it can be used wherever it is needed. With its 8-joint boom, it can reach even the most remote locations in the warehouse. Thanks to the integrated air guide, there are no disruptive cables when using a vacuum gripper.

The Liftronic Mobile has a load capacity of up to 60 kg and fits on any electric pallet truck. The real-time response enables very precise handling. It can therefore be moved safely and easily. Other features include automatic weight detection and load compensation. The load handling attachments can be easily exchanged for a wide range of applications. The battery can be changed just as quickly and easily.

Optimizing logistics processes

Visitors to the stand will also learn how to optimize their internal logistics processes with the Indeva Lean System. Users can easily set up and dismantle their individual logistics solution and adapt it to their tasks. The Lean System thus helps to realize all desired logistics solutions.

The product portfolio at LogiMat is rounded off by the fast Liftronic Easy-6 manipulator, which promotes ergonomic working methods and enables significantly higher speeds, more precise positioning and more ergonomic operation compared to chain hoists and pneumatic or electronic handling devices. The intelligent lifting aid is particularly impressive thanks to its real-time reaction speeds. Various operating modes can be set intuitively, quickly and easily via the touchscreen control unit. It makes heavy work easier and keeps employees healthy - in particular, it protects against serious back problems. This pays off in the form of fewer breakdowns, smooth processes and shorter cycle times.
