Move loads up to 5 t
The manufacturer of lifting and transport technology Jung is presenting the JLF servo trolley at AMB. Two variants will be on display: the JLF 3.5 M with a load capacity of 3,500 kg and the JLF 5 M with a load capacity of 5,000 kg.
The trolleys can be operated ergonomically and effortlessly and can be used both as a steering unit and as a trolley or tandem. They have been designed so that they can be steered with a fixed axle in the direction of travel, while two movable swivel castors can be turned in all directions. The turntable has ball bearings and is covered with non-slip diamond rubber.
The connection piece can be used to attach a drawbar, but is also suitable for attaching a connecting rod. According to the company, the steering forces from a standing position under load are 80 percent lower than with conventional steering gears.
