Mobile roboticsTeradyne takes over Mobile Industrial Robots
Teradyne is taking over Mobile Industrial Robots, a company that was previously privately run. According to the announcement, the purchase price is 121 million euros (148 million dollars). A further 101 million euros (124 million dollars) will be paid if certain performance targets are met up to and including 2020.
