Drive module

New travel drive

Expresso is driving forward the further development of the Lift2move mobile handling and transport system and has recently introduced the "Impulse" drive module; it is both a travel drive and an approach and climbing aid and increases the mobility of the Lift2move.

Expresso introduces the new "impulse" drive module for all single-mast lift2move models with swivel castor chassis. It is located directly under the lift mast and is spring-mounted, guaranteeing safe and stable driving of the loaded lift2move even on uneven ground and in bends. (Image: Expresso)

This device belongs to the new generation of highly functional industrial trucks that can be adapted to a wide range of intralogistics requirements thanks to their modular design. Depending on the model variant, payloads of up to 400 kilograms can be moved by driving under pallets or using product-specific manipulators. The Lift2move performs all handling tasks such as lifting, gripping or tilting via the kinematic interaction of its electrically operated lift mast with electrical or mechanical load supports, while it acts as a hand-guided feed system for all pick-up and delivery services.

Thanks to the low-lying chassis, high-quality smooth-running castors and adjustable push handle, these manual transport movements do not require a great deal of physical effort from the operator. Expresso has already integrated the travel drive into its range. pb
