Assembly machines with cloud connection
Stauff has equipped the current generation of its machines for the pre-assembly and final assembly of SPR-PRC-POC cutting rings and the SFO-F forming machines with an integrated cloud connection.
This allows software updates to be carried out and new parameter sets to be transmitted if required.
Furthermore, the machines document the assembly processes carried out in detail and make them available online. They can also be printed out afterwards and used as proof of correct assembly. Machine history and parameters can be viewed online. Data security is guaranteed, as data exchange is encrypted in both directions. With this cloud connection, Stauff is implementing key predictive maintenance functions.
