Further simplify assembly processes
In addition to the proven racks with a length of one meter, Wittenstein alpha now offers optional two-meter racks for linear systems. They are particularly suitable for use in short axes, for example, in order to simplify assembly even further.
In combination with the familiar Inira assembly concept for simple, fast, ergonomic and precise rack and pinion assembly, the new two-meter version offers even more advantages.
Lifting axes, telescopic axes, robotics ...
With the high-quality two-meter rack, the manufacturer is responding to increasing demand for this length version, which customers can use to simplify their assembly processes even further. Some typical areas of application are y-axes in laser cutting machines, lifting axes of gantry robots, plasma and water jet cutting machines, telescopic axes of Cartesian robots, tool changers and the seventh axis in robotics.
The tried-and-tested one-metre racks stand for easy transport, standardized stocking and assembly-friendly handling. Inira clamping, adjusting and pinning also makes assembly faster and more efficient. One-metre racks are used, for example, in wood, plastic and composite processing centers, cutting machine tools, laser cutting machines or traversing axes of gantry robots. Case-hardened one-meter racks are available for maximum feed forces.
Linear system solutions for many applications
A suitable solution for every application - this is what the linear system solutions from Wittenstein alpha stand for. They consist of perfectly matched combinations of gears, pinions and racks. The areas of application range from automation to high-precision axes in machine tools. Depending on the specific requirements for smooth running, positioning accuracy, feed force, rigidity and axis configuration, dimensioning is carried out using the Cymex design software. The systems are rounded off with coordinated solutions for relubrication.
