Gutekunst Federn's catalog range offers 12,603 spring sizes from stock and products with wire thicknesses of up to twelve millimetres for individual spring production. If one of the catalog springs fits in the classic cylindrical design in standard steel EN 10270-1 and stainless steel 1.4310, it is delivered to the customer within a standard delivery time of five days. If the application is more specialized, the spring is designed to suit the installation situation and the individual requirements: as a cylindrical compression spring and tension spring or conical spring, barrel spring, beehive spring and torsion spring with variable spring characteristics and coil spacing. The compression, extension and torsion springs are designed and calculated in accordance with DIN EN 13906. The manufacturer also offers all common spring materials, from simple spring steel wire in accordance with EN 12070-1 to stainless steel wire V2A / V4A, valve spring wire VDSiCr, brass wire, copper beryllium and Hastelloy C4 through to high-temperature materials such as Inconel X750, Nimonic 90 and Duratherm. as
