Miniatures for industry and laboratory
The new miniature linear guideways in the LLS series from Ewellix are compact, promise very smooth running and are quiet and durable. They are suitable for industrial and laboratory applications.
High availability and minimal maintenance requirements play a decisive role in fully automated applications such as pick-and-place stations, chemical analysis devices and 3D printers. This is why Ewellix pre-lubricates the LLS carriages at the factory. The lubricant reservoir supplied in this way ensures the best possible long-term lubrication of the entire linear guide system. The improved seal design also helps to keep the lubricant reliably in the carriage and prevents contamination. Optimized ball recirculation also ensures smooth running. This protects the material, reduces friction and increases positioning accuracy - at speeds of up to five meters per second and accelerations of up to 140 meters per square second.
The series is made of corrosion-resistant steel and complies with ISO 12090-2, and its ball mount is designed for quick and reliable installation. LLS miniature profile rail guides are available in sizes 7, 9 and 12 with both standard and long carriage types. Rails are available in various assembly variants up to a length of 1,000 millimetres, and Ewellix can also produce customer-specific versions on request, for example with longer rails.
