Rodriguez covers almost all industrial requirements with its linear systems. The cross-sections of the units range up to 120 x 455 millimetres and the maximum possible travel is 12,000 mm. Depending on the application, the appropriate guides and drives are combined to form a linear system.

The Rodriguez product range includes economical precision round guides as well as very rigid, low-maintenance profiled rail guides or smooth-running, compact crossed roller guides. Toothed belts for particularly dynamic handling tasks or ball and roller screws for positioning tasks with high repeat accuracy in continuous operation are available as drives. Alternatively, trapezoidal screw drives are available for simple positioning tasks that require cost-effective solutions or applications that require self-locking. For applications in demanding environments, Rodriguez offers corrosion-resistant versions in aluminum or stainless steel. On request, the linear systems are available as ready-to-install units including motor and controller.

Rodriguez develops individual linear systems tailored to the respective application as part of its value-added products. In general, the development of a customer-specific solution is often simple and very quickly leads to sustainable success in applications. Customer-specific solutions are based on the mechanical and control engineering conditions defined by the application. Rodriguez selects the appropriate components and designs the assembly. This ensures that the solutions really do meet all requirements. as
