Screw jack series
Harsh environments, higher lifting forces
Neff has developed a new classic C-series screw jack series. According to the manufacturer, it is characterized by a special spherical casting that has a high elongation at break.
This means that these worm gear screw jacks can also be used in harsh environments with vibrations. The bearing units installed are larger than those commonly used and ensure that spindles with larger diameters can be used. The result: significantly higher lifting forces. Other special features of the new C-series are the cathodic dip coating of the housings and the lubrication systems of the new generation of screw jacks. For users, this means that the robust, impact- and scratch-resistant coating protects the screw jacks against corrosion and environmental influences. This often eliminates the need for additional painting by the customer.
Secondly, Neff supplies the gearbox housings completely sealed and lubricated for life with high-quality fluid grease. Four sizes from 30 to 200 kilonewtons with stationary and rotating trapezoidal or ball screw spindles are initially planned for the C-series worm gear screw jack series. as
